Estimates and requests

Website prices and planning results help you prepare a project. Submitting a request asks us to follow up; it does not place an order, reserve inventory, schedule work or take payment. Plant availability, size, quantity, site conditions, access, delivery, planting and any applicable taxes or charges must be confirmed in your final quote.

Before you order

Ask us to confirm the full scope, total price, payment schedule, delivery or planting arrangements, and any cancellation, return or plant warranty terms in writing before committing. Do not assume a warranty or refund policy from a calculator result or reference photograph. Any required contract terms and your applicable consumer rights still apply.

Plant and site information

Plants are living products; appearance, growth and screening depend on the plant and growing conditions. Reference photographs and planning diagrams are illustrative. Spacing suggestions do not replace checking property boundaries, utilities, access, soil or site restrictions. Discuss site-specific needs with us before work is arranged.
