Neighbors can see our patio or pool. Where should we start?
Start with the view you want to screen, the length of the planting area and the room available for mature branches. You do not need to know a tree name yet. Compare Green Giant and Emerald Green for the space, then use the row planner for an initial count. Send your ZIP and describe the view when requesting help.
Will trees screen a neighbor’s upstairs window?
That depends on the height and position of the window, where the trees can go and the size supplied. A young row that screens a ground-level fence may not block an elevated view. Describe the sightline and the available planting space before choosing a height. Compare sale sizes and mature dimensions; mature height is not a promise of immediate screening or a completion date.
Can I buy for my own yard?
Yes. Homeowners pay the published prices from 10 trees. Volume discounts apply to homeowners as well as trade orders.
I know the length, but not how many trees I need.
Start with the length of the area you want to screen. The row planner can turn that measurement into a tree count using suggested spacing. Ask us to confirm spacing and placement for your property before planting.
What size am I buying? Will it look full right away?
Choose from the height bands on the price sheet. Mature height is how tall a tree can grow, not its sale size. A newly planted row can have gaps; how it fills in depends on the trees, spacing and growing conditions. Photographs of established rows show a planting example, not the size delivered or a promised result. Check the size on your quote.
I’m comparing this with a fence quote.
Compare the same length and the view you want to screen. Include tree height, planting and delivery in your budget; compare the written scope and total cost. A fence and a growing row do different jobs; trees can also be planted alongside an existing fence. Check the rules for your property before deciding on a layout.
We have deer. Which tree should I look at?

What should you know about access to my yard?
Tell us about gates, narrow driveways, slopes, nearby pool decking and roadside planting areas. Ask us to confirm unloading access and the planting location before scheduling. We use our own trucks; check the states we serve and confirm delivery and installation availability for your ZIP.
What care is needed after planting?
Installation includes the first watering and watering instructions for afterward. Plan for ongoing care, and ask us about your site conditions before choosing a tree. Have any replacement or guarantee terms confirmed in writing before ordering.
