Tell us about gate openings, tight driveways, slopes and where the row will go. Flag nearby decking, roads and any property restrictions so access and placement can be discussed before scheduling.

What to prepare before planting day
- Measure each planned row and identify the tree, size and quantity you want quoted.
- Explain how the truck and planting equipment can reach the area, including narrow gates, steps or steep ground.
- Point out irrigation, private lines and other features that need discussion before digging. Confirm applicable utility-marking arrangements before work begins.
- Plan access to water for the new trees and ask us to explain the watering instructions for your site.

Plan for the trees after we leave
The first watering is part of installation. Continuing care is a separate responsibility: ask about watering, the space your chosen plant needs and what to watch for as it settles in. Keep your agreed tree sizes, planting scope and delivery details with your quote.

Tree delivery or delivery with planting?
Choose delivery only when you or your landscaper will handle the planting. Choose delivery with planting when you want R&R to perform the agreed installation work. Both options need your ZIP, chosen trees and quantities, and a discussion of access.
If you only know that the patio or property line feels exposed, send the approximate row length and what you want to screen. You can compare privacy trees before choosing a species, or use the row-length calculator when you have measurements.
The written quote should identify trees, planting, delivery and any agreed extras. Availability, access and scheduling still need confirmation; submitting an inquiry does not reserve stock or a planting date.
